Aurora IRC Client 0.8.4

Fixed
- Main window now starts maximized.
- Reduced connection setup stalls with a five-second TCP/TLS connection ceiling and dual-stack endpoint handling.
- Removed unnecessary multi-second settling delays between ordinary saved connect commands while preserving explicit WAIT/SLEEP/DELAY/PAUSE commands.
- Greatly improved startup responsiveness by bulk-rendering saved scrollback instead of inserting historical lines one at a time.
- Avoided an unnecessary full scrollback rerender after IRC 001 when the server accepts the expected nickname.

Performance validation
- On the maintainer's Greyline86 IRC server, TCP connected in about 0.3 seconds, TLS completed in about 0.5 seconds, and IRC registration completed in under one second during diagnostic testing.
- After the scrollback rendering fix, the complete application was running and channel navigation was available in under five seconds in real-world validation.

Regression control
- Existing logs and scrollback are retained; startup performance was not achieved by reducing stored history.
- Existing network, logging, font, layout, latency, update-check, and internationalization behavior from 0.8.3 is retained except for the targeted fixes above.
